Position Expectations

Epic Travel Staffing is looking for a Travel - Interventional Radiology - Neuro Specials Technician

Shift: Days / 7a-3p, 8x5, 40 hours weekly

On-call Requirements: On call

Qualifications:
  • Valid TX license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in special procedures IR
  • Neuro IR experience is essential
  • BLS certification required
  • Preferred proficiency in Neuro IR
  • Experience in comprehensive stroke centers is advantageous
Additional Information:
  • Typical procedures include: Thrombectomies, Cerebral Angiograms
  • Carotid Stenting/Angiography, Aneurysms and AVMs, Intracranial stenting/angiography
  • Equipment utilized: cath lab, biplane, guidewires, catheters, balloons, stents, closure devices
  • Floating Areas: Body IR, Radiology, Cardiac Cath, EP
  • EMR system used: meditech

Please note that all compensation rates are estimates based on qualifications and experience. The pay package is structured around 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
