The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Senior Health team in Puyallup, WA. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner with physicians, health coaches, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care to adults 65 and older. Your primary responsibilities will include direct patient assessment and care, phone and walk-in triage, oversight of anti-coagulation clinic activities, and transitions of care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient assessment and care for adults 65 and older
- Phone and walk-in triage for patients
- Oversight of anti-coagulation clinic activities and patient monitoring
- Transitions of care coordinator (post-discharge visits, discharge calls, etc.)
- Participate in the clinical development of Health Coaches
- Participate in process and quality improvement initiatives
- Perform IV initiation, drug therapy management, and phlebotomy (as needed)
- Administer IM/SQ/and PO medications and vaccines
- Provide treatments and assist providers with procedures
- Perform diagnostic tests (including but not limited to: EKG, ABI, Spirometry)
- Oversight of in-house laboratory processing
- Perform point of care testing (Hemoglobin A1c, INR, etc)
- Provide patient teaching, education and support
- Participate as an active care team member across multiple disciplines
- Wound care
- Able to travel to surrounding clinics in Federal Way, Tacoma, Puyallup.
- Active RN license in Washington
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- A willingness to learn

This is a salaried, full-time role based in Puyallup, WA and able to travel to surrounding clinics in Federal Way and Tacoma, WA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $91,000 to $97,000 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
