Defense Litigation Associate Opportunity

This is a unique chance for a skilled attorney to join a prestigious law firm specializing in defense litigation. The firm is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex cases, primarily in the energy sector and transportation.

As a defense litigation associate, you will be responsible for assisting with a docket involving Defense Base Act Claims. This will involve providing legal analysis, drafting petitions, and communicating with clients, the Department of Labor, and opposing counsel. You will also review and analyze claims documents, complete legal analysis, and participate in conferences with the Department of Labor.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a valid law license, a willingness to bill 165 hours per month, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
