Display Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Display Fabricator to join our team at Quaker Windows. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual displays and marketing materials that showcase our products in the best possible light.

• Design and fabricate visually appealing displays and marketing materials that meet our brand standards.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and preferences.
• Source and procure materials and equipment as needed to complete projects.
• Operate a variety of power tools and equipment to create and assemble displays.
• Ensure all finished products meet our quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Work with our team to plan and execute display setups and teardowns.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their features.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and display design.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as display design, visual merchandising, or marketing materials production.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual merchandising techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with power tools and equipment, such as table saws, band saws, and routers.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering designs and installation schematics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 pounds). The noise level in the work environment may require hearing protection.
