- Implement existing lesson plans to ensure academic integrity and motivate students to learn.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and school administrators.
- Meet state requirements for education qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently and effectively in English.
- Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under direct supervision of school district employees.
The Substitute Teacher will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with students, teachers, and administrators. The position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
