Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Eye Care Professional to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Eye Care Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients promptly and answering phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, explaining all required paperwork, tests, and products to patients.
  • Attention to Detail: Review prescriptions and patient information carefully, identifying special needs and consulting with Opticians, Managing Doctors, or Retail Management as necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Operate the POS system terminal, inputting customer/patient and prescription information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring visual displays are in accordance with company guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
