Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming both experienced and newly graduated estheticians
  • Delivering consecutive 50-minute facials, Microdermabrasion, hair removal, and various skin care treatments
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to assisting clients and promoting the health and wellness advantages of facials, while making suitable product recommendations and facial frequency suggestions
  • Adhering to local and state licensing and certification regulations
  • Maintaining Professional liability insurance
  • Possessing knowledge of all spa services and product lines relevant to estheticians
  • Exhibiting a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Fostering a positive attitude
  • Being a collaborative team player
