We're looking for skilled Beauty Care Specialists to join our team. As a Manicurist / Nail Designer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services and creating an engaging experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premium manicure and pedicure services that meet MiniLuxe standards.
  • Represent the brand in a positive manner towards team members, clients, and the community.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Manicurist / Nail Designer with a valid state-issued license.
  • Creative and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision/LTD/STD insurance, PTO, 401k, and free services & retail discounts.
