Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing excellent customer service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, and operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs, and preparing their food orders.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively with the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the cafe, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
