A reputable client of Insight Global is seeking a knowledgeable Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with a solid portfolio of clients.

The selected candidate will be tasked with assisting clients throughout the complete mortgage loan application journey.

This includes evaluating their financial circumstances and aspirations, suggesting appropriate loan options, and guiding them in completing the required documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and assess their mortgage requirements.
  • Inform clients about the different mortgage product options available and recommend the most fitting solutions.
  • Support clients in filling out loan applications and compiling necessary paperwork.
  • Evaluate financial data provided by clients to assess their creditworthiness.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to facilitate prompt loan approvals.

- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in residential loan origination with a demonstrated success record and established client base.

  • MLO license with NMLS registration is mandatory in Texas.
  • Familiarity with Conventional and Government mortgage products.
  • Proven experience in originating loans through referrals from their active client base and leads provided.
