  • Complete daily assignments and side work to meet Club standards, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service without needing direction.
  • Address Member and guest complaints immediately, employing effective service recovery techniques.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation.

Standards and Conduct:

Additional Requirements:
