Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at HCW Hospitality. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during banquets and events.

• Provide prompt and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and décor.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper service standards.
• Address guest needs and special requests with a positive attitude.
• Work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and successful events.
• Assist with event breakdown and resetting rooms for future functions.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

• Experience in banquet or restaurant service, with a focus on hospitality.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
