Exciting Opportunity for a Dentist Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated dentist to join our team in Bloomington, IN. Our practice offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with a focus on mentorship and training.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, but we welcome new graduates and AEGD candidates as well. Our practice is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for continuing education and professional development.

Key Highlights:
  • Full-time position (Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm)
  • Endo and extraction experience preferred, but not required
  • 20% FFS / 80% PPO
  • $1000 Daily Rate Guarantee (first 6 months)
  • 401k and Profit Sharing after 1 year
  • Tiered Collections of 30-35% depending on performance
