We are currently looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to become part of our skilled team at one of our partner clinics. We value collaboration and are committed to helping patients achieve their aesthetic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer high-quality Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, and laser treatments, along with wellness therapies such as hormone replacement therapy.
- Conduct thorough consultations and Good Faith Exams, crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's aesthetic objectives.
- Ensure patient retention through diligent follow-up protocols.
- Offer skin care consultations, suggest retail products, and promote med spa services.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of patient files.
- Provide patients with clear instructions and guidance regarding their medical care.
- Uphold a safe and sanitary working environment by adhering to established procedures, policies, and regulations; ensure compliance with infection-control protocols.
- Stay informed on federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation, and advising management on necessary actions.
- Enhance professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops and engaging with colleagues to stay updated on industry developments.
- Embrace responsibility, authority, and accountability as a professional nurse.
- Exhibit brand loyalty and promote the company ethos as both an individual and a team member.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of AZ with a background in aesthetics.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience as a nurse injector.
- Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital environment is required.
- Possess a professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner.
