Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Caregiver Assistant AL 2 to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant AL 2, you will play a vital role in providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to residents in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
  • Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA-Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
