Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating revenue and bringing in new leases at our various properties. This is an entry-level sales position, and no previous leasing experience is required. However, sales experience and office experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff to optimize the financial performance of the property.
  • Provide an apartment community with a quality of life that justifies the rents.
  • Maximize sales performance and conduct other operations to meet or beat the budget to maximize net income.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Office experience preferred.
  • The ability to commute to and from work.
  • The ability to pass a background check.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • This is a full-time position, working between 8:30AM to 5:30PM, 4 days during the week, and most Saturdays, 10:00AM – 4:00PM.
