McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Revit Team Member to join our growing team. As a key member of our BIM/VDC team, you will work on water resource projects, utilizing Reality Capture Technology to create digital twin models for our clients and design projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Revit/Reality Capture projects and coordinate with project teams.
  • Have knowledge of Structural and MEP disciplines.
  • Participate in projects by providing support through all phases of design and delivery.
  • Work and collaborate with Revit and Reality Capture Technology within a master model.
  • Develop and maintain Reality Capture standards and processes.
  • Train and support the team on scan to BIM best practices.
  • Manage multiple assignments, remain organized, and produce high-quality products at a fast pace.

Qualifications:

  • Technical or vocational program completion with a focus on design and drafting.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a multi-discipline designer.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk's Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • 2+ years of surveying-related experience, including operating a total station.
  • Commercial scanning experience and Reality Capture using a terrestrial scanner.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with reality capture technology and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good technical writing and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation Package:

  • Pay Range: $48.00 per hour (DOE).
