As a Pricing Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our esteemed clients and external sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver precise pricing details and address any questions they may have regarding unique pricing, atypical products, or the technical features of our offerings. While you will receive the necessary support, you will also have the independence to effectively manage your daily tasks.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate quotes in accordance with Romac's established practices, policies, and procedures, while assisting in identifying products tailored to customers' specific requirements.
  2. Analyze and interpret customer specifications, requirements, and drawings to ensure quotes are precise, providing solutions that enhance profitability and deliver value for both the customer and Romac.
  3. Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to clarify project specifications, pricing, and strategies, applying a current understanding of bidding strategies and market dynamics.
  4. Communicate any customer feedback, whether positive or negative, regarding Romac's pricing, products, and procedures, and escalate unresolved customer issues to Inside Sales leads and managers or designated departments for further resolution.
  5. Engage with various individuals and departments within the organization to secure support and commitment for bids.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to comprehend margins, various costing methods, and the appropriate application of each to specific inquiries.
  2. Demonstrates exceptional internal and external customer service.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  5. Capability to interpret engineering drawings and materials lists.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Self-motivated, driven, and proactively pursues the necessary activities to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  8. Strong spatial visualization skills.
Compensation: $ per hour
