Success Measures

  • Playbook Development: Successfully develop and deploy playbooks that enable scalable execution and sales of new data-centric service offerings.
  • Technology Solutions: Create and implement technology-based solutions that support the scalable execution and sales of new service offerings.
  • Team Empowerment: Empower service team members to take ownership of these data solutions and the core concepts behind them.
  • Cultural Leadership: Reinforce a data-driven culture within the service team, guiding them through pilot projects that showcase new data solutions and technologies.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in one or more of the following: PCMS, APM, SQL, Python, SAP, Maximo, PI, Power BI.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management and self-management.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, reliability, or implementation.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of holistic maintenance and reliability practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or software engineering.
