Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accounts Payable Management: Oversee all functions related to accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment execution, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Insurance Administration: Manage various insurance policies, including workers' compensation and general liability, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and enter month-end journal entries, generate financial reports, and assist with year-end audits.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements using accounting software.
  • Project Setup: Assist in the establishment of new projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
