Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor care plans, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
  • Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge in healthcare to nursing practice
  • Use the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses to guide response to patient needs
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
  • No experience required
