Project Engineer I

At ICON Consultants, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, including commissioning, qualification, and validation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project controls, including estimating, scheduling, and cost reporting.
  • Knowledge of earned value/progress tracking systems.
