Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in the emergency department
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participate in emergency department operations, including triage, patient assessment, and treatment
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in emergency medicine
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New York
At least two years of experience in emergency department nursing
Telemetry experience required
Previous travel ER experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
