We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment by promoting respect, empathy, and kindness.
  • Meet school-wide student performance goals and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree with a teaching certification is preferred. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a Colorado Teaching License. We are willing to work with candidates to provide alternative pathways to the classroom, including alternative teacher licensure programs, adjunct authorizations, and emergency or teacher of record authorizations.
