About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team at Promega. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical devices, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices, including wiring, component installation, and soldering.

2. Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.

3. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

4. Participate in quality assurance processes, including testing and documentation of sub-assemblies and final products.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.

2. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a production manufacturing assembly environment.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
