Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk registry and process development framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Compliance Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive and consistent compliance program across the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance, Governance, and Controls: Lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives to maintain high operational standards, administer special investigations to address any compliance or risk-related issues, and design and implement governance processes to enhance operational integrity and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- At least four years of management experience at the Director level with progressively increasing responsibility in risk management, investigations, compliance, and quality control, and/or system design and development.
- Demonstrated background in effectively managing compliance programs, interpreting and implementing regulations, and working with regulatory bodies.
- Related certifications, such as the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or Certified Risk & Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP), are preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $268,725 to $333,871 per year.
- Highly competitive benefits package, including benefits established by resolutions of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners.
