We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Golden Roseleaf Gardens LLC. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care and Services: Provide personal care and services to residents in accordance with their needs, care plans, and our philosophy of supportive and resident-centered care.
  • Activities of Daily Living: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom assistance, light housekeeping, and group and individual activities.
  • Meal and Activity Escort: Provide meal and activity escort assistance, including walking, wheelchair, or walker support.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document care through electronic charting and communicate with residents about their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.
Requirements:
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Passion for Caregiving: A passion for working with an aging population and providing exceptional care and support.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computers and typing, sufficient enough to be successful with computerized Point of Care and other systems.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Effective English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment.
