About the Role
This Material Handler position plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations, responsible for transporting materials and products within the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Transport materials and products within the department using various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks as instructed.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase order information against packing slips.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork required for production records.
  • Cycle count inventory and research any discrepancies.
  • Process small parcel shipments and receipts.

Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
