Position Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing projects and personnel from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Engaging in strategic planning, business development, and pursuit of new opportunities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Creating and managing proposals, budgets, schedules, workloads, staffing, billing, and contracts.
- Signing and sealing survey documents as necessary.
- Facilitating effective communication with sub-consultants, clients, and team members.
- Providing support to other disciplines as needed.
- Learning and managing project financials.
- Representing Lamb-Star as a professional and cultural ambassador.
- Current Texas RPLS certification in good standing.
- A demonstrated eagerness and capability to grow and learn.
- Proven leadership skills in a team environment.
- Ability to successfully manage a project.
- Proficiency in MicroStation/GeoPAK, AutoCAD/Carlson, and/or Civil3D.
- TxDOT Pre-certification is preferred but not mandatory.
