About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team as a float provider in central-northern Connecticut. This role involves working across multiple esteemed primary care offices in the region, handling acute visits, wellness exams, pre-ops, and more. The successful candidate will thrive on variety and flexibility while expanding their skillset and connecting with diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical plans to treat patients
* Collaborate with physicians and care team members to develop treatment plans and refer patients to specialists when necessary
* Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of practice and identify issues outside of the scope for referral to physicians

Requirements:
* Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
* APRN (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant training
* 2+ years' experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting

Salary Estimate:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
