Job Summary

As a Night Housekeeper at Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Cart Setup: Prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms, and replace with fresh supplies.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning tasks, including changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and performing other maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
