As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and their family.
- Conduct regular home visits to assess patient needs and ensure quality of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
- Conduct regular program evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Active CPR certification.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice care.
