Commercial Lender

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lender to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a Commercial Lender, you will be responsible for originating and servicing commercial loans, including secured and unsecured loans, capital loans, equipment loans, real estate loans, and working capital loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and service commercial loans, including evaluating loan profitability and structuring loans to protect the bank's interests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, providing guidance and support to ensure their banking needs are met.
• Promote the services and profitability of the bank, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase loans and income.
• Participate in the bank's Customer Service First sales and service culture, supporting the values of the organization and following established company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of previous banking experience, preferably in ag lending.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer applications.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and possess a professional demeanor, effective oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
