Job Details

The Accounting and Payroll Clerk will be responsible for reviewing and processing payroll, verifying hours worked, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. This includes updating tax withholdings, direct deposits, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or HR administration
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, Paycom) and Microsoft Excel
  • Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local wage laws, tax regulations, and employment tax laws

Work-Life Balance

This role offers a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays after 90 days.
