Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing resort buildings and grounds. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting facilities, and performing repairs as needed
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including LP boilers and kitchen appliances
  • Assist senior-level supervisors or technicians in repairs and replacements as needed
  • Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
  • Perform snow removal and trash removal tasks
  • Keep logs of tasks performed and maintenance calls
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and eligibility for enrollment on the resort's Motor Vehicle Insurance policy
  • VOSHA 10 preferred
  • General knowledge of building maintenance tasks and familiarity with water and sewer system operations
