- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to perform clinical/chart review and abstract information efficiently.
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Experience in Utilization Review and Discharge Planning.
