Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Program Aide at the Lewis Clark Early Childhood Program. As a Program Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our classrooms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming: Greet children and families with a warm smile and a positive attitude, setting the tone for a productive and enjoyable day.
  • Meal Service: Serve breakfast, snack, and lunch to our children, including picking up meals from the kitchen and maintaining a clean and organized meal area.
  • Classroom Maintenance: Clean and maintain the classroom, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children to learn and grow.
  • Supporting Learning Activities: Participate in play activities under the direction of our experienced teachers, supporting the development of our children's cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children and families in early childhood settings a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: Wage will depend on experience.
  • Benefits Package: Eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days, if working over 30 hours a week.
