We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.
About the Role- You will perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations, establish treatment plans, and modify them according to patient needs and response to treatment.
- You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and inpatient populations as directed.
- You will document patient information in the medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
- You will communicate effectively with patients, peers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- You must have a successful completion of state board examination.
- You must be currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington.
- Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiac patient management is desirable.
