Job Summary

Caldera Care is seeking a skilled Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing personnel records, processing payroll, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely submission of Accounts Payable invoices
  • Maintenance of Personnel records, including Workers Compensation
  • Assistance with new hire paperwork, orientation, and benefit questions
  • Conducting E-Verify checks on all employees
  • Management of Resident Trust accounts
  • Performing general business office functions as directed by the Executive Director

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Payroll preferred
  • Previous experience working in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

As required by state and local law, Caldera Care provides a reasonable pay scale, including the hourly or salary range that Caldera Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Idaho, as stated below:

Pay Range: $24-29 per hour Depending on Experience
