Job Summary

Weber State University is seeking a highly skilled GIS Associate to join our team. As a GIS Associate, you will assist with the Geographic Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) to create campus infrastructure maps using Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) software. You will also utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for record keeping.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with GIS and GPS tasks to create accurate and up-to-date maps of campus infrastructure
  • Utilize ESRI software to create and edit maps, as well as perform spatial analysis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the CMMS
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of GIS data
Requirements
  • Experience using ESRI ArcGIS desktop products
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with ArcGIS Server products and GPS experience
