We're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AAA Club Alliance. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while promoting AAA products and services. With a focus on sales excellence, you'll consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and responding to customer needs.
  • Travel Planning: Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and efficient service delivery by answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes.
  • Serve as backup: Assist in various store functions such as Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

Requirements:
  • Sales Savvy: Required previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
  • Tech Proficiency: Navigate multiple websites and programs with ease, demonstrating proficiency in computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Notary Public: designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
  • Geography Skills: basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma/GED: A minimum educational requirement to join our team.
  • Satisfactory Background: Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
