About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Provide front-line support to production processes, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
  • Collaborate with area engineering initiatives, process improvements, and project implementation
  • Develop expertise in production processes, verification requirements, and equipment control system technologies
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in a qualified state, operated safely, and maintenance is properly performed on systems
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (or high school degree with equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience directly supporting highly automated manufacturing
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing environment
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
  • Completion of Post Offer Exam or Completion of Work Simulation if applicable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated team contributor
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely
  • Strong equipment/process troubleshooting, documenting, and reporting skills
  • Ability to understand automation, controls, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills (desktop software) are required
