Job Summary:

As a Cyber Security Analyst at Nisqually Red Wind Casino, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization's computer networks and systems from security breaches. Your primary responsibility will be to help create an environment where cyber security is not only a priority but also a way of doing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor our organization's networks for security breaches and investigate violations to identify corrective actions.
Install and use software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
Ensure adherence to PCI compliance per MFA requirements.
Prepare comprehensive reports that document security breaches.
Conduct penetration testing to look for vulnerabilities in casino IT systems or other risk assessments and testing of data processing systems.
Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends.
Develop security standards to identify weaknesses and recommend best practices for the organization, continually updating standards for changes in the technology environment.
Research new products and recommend security enhancements and purchases.
Submit written reports to IT Manager regarding integrity issues.
Train end users where needed to meet the needs of the organization.
Responsible for Guest Service and facilitating the Guest Service Policy.
Assist in creating, testing, and implementing network disaster recovery plan.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED certificate.
A bachelor's degree in IT Cyber Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Advanced knowledge of OSI model in relation to security.
Two years of Data Security experience including cyber forensics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop IT network architecture documents.
Administrative abilities, including record keeping and reporting.
Excellent guest service and teamwork skills.
Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certification in Cyber Security (CISSP, CISA or related certificate).
