Relationship Banker

At Johnson Financial Group, we're seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our Consumer Banking team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on deposit accounts, loans, and other financial services.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, working to deepen relationships and ensure client retention.
• Utilize technology to enhance the client experience.
• Meet and exceed individual goals for new loans, deposit accounts, and referrals.
• Identify and refer clients to other business partners, expanding relationships in other lines of business.
• Partner with the branch team to stay informed about competitor products and services.
• Adhere to operational procedures and security policies.

Qualifications and Benefits:

• 3+ years of financial services experience, with lending experience a plus.
• High school graduate or equivalent required; advanced training/education a plus.
• NMLS registration will be obtained upon hire.
