Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team towards success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all front-of-house operations, including customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Lead a team of staff members to ensure exceptional service and a positive dining experience.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and payroll.
  • Assist with training programs and staff development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Basic computer knowledge of Aloha or similar POS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
