Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiovascular lab.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with procedures, including scrubbing and monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data.
  • Ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared for procedures.
  • Monitor par levels of instruments and supplies.
  • Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • ARRT or RCIS certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of current Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience.
  • Graduate from a fully accredited Cardiac Cath Lab Tech program.
  • Active unencumbered Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Wisconsin state license.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and service excellence.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
