As a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and family care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
  • Conduct health screenings and provide education to patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, as well as provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
  • Active Family Nurse practitioner license in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
