Hometown America Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Oviedo, FL.

Job Overview:

This role involves performing routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance tasks for the community's common buildings, areas, and leased homes to ensure long-term viability.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the community's appearance meets our curb appeal standards.
  • Perform grounds work and seasonal maintenance in common areas: power wash, pest control, sweep curb & dumpster areas, maintain landscaping.
  • Communicate daily with the supervisor and collaborate as a team player to achieve customer expectations.
  • Follow safety procedures at all times, including safely operating equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain a professional rapport with residents, vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, electrical, carpentry, and hand tools preferred.
  • Previous experience in plumbing and utility preferred.
  • Ability to work in various seasonal temperatures.
  • Take initiative and work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays or other non-business hours.
Benefits:
