Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to laboratory policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth laboratory operations
  • Develop and implement training programs for laboratory staff
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results

Requirements:

  • National certification as a Medical Laboratory Supervisor
  • Tennessee State Supervisor license
  • Strong blood banking background and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
