Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a neat and clean appearance, adhering to our facility's dress code policy.

2. Remain alert and awake throughout your shift, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

3. Respond promptly to pagers and address the needs of our seniors in a kind and considerate manner.

4. Be aware of and respect the rights of our residents.

5. Support our seniors in maintaining their independence and autonomy.

6. Be mindful of dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation as necessary.

7. Strive to create a safe and accident-free environment for our residents.

8. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

9. Perform duties in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures.

10. Arrive on time and participate in shift reports to ensure a smooth transition of care.

11. Administer medications in a sanitary and accurate manner, adhering to our facility's medication policies.

12. Document resident information and medication administration accurately and thoroughly.

13. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

14. Report any changes in resident condition to the LPN/RN and follow established protocols.

15. Assist with minimal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and making beds, as needed.

16. Ensure an adequate supply of medications for each resident.

17. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment.

18. Report directly to the LPN/Administrator with any concerns or issues.
